This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Our World of Dogs (“Service Provider”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) on the date indicated below.

1. Services Provided:

Our World of Dogs agrees to provide the following services to the Customer:

  • Boarding and care for the Customer’s dog(s), including feeding, exercise, and shelter.
  • General grooming and basic hygiene maintenance.
  • Supervision and monitoring to ensure the safety and well-being of the dog(s).

2. Fees and Payment:

  • The Customer shall pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure their reservation. The remaining balance is payable upon pick-up of the dog(s) from the facility at the end of the boarding period. For long-term boarding, payments are required on a monthly basis and must be made during the first week of each month.
  • Boarding rates are communicated at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Medical and Emergency Care:

  • In case of illness, injury, or any medical emergency involving the Customer’s dog(s), Our World of Dogs will make every reasonable effort to contact the Customer or the emergency contact provided.
  • If the Customer cannot be reached, Our World of Dogs reserves the right to seek veterinary care for the dog(s) at the nearest available veterinary clinic.
  • Unforeseen Medical Costs: All medical expenses incurred for the treatment of the Customer’s dog(s), including emergency care, medication, and any related transportation costs, shall be borne by the Customer at actual cost.

4. Customer Responsibilities:

  • The Customer must provide all necessary information regarding the dog’s medical history, special needs, diet, and any behavioral issues.
  • The Customer must ensure that the dog(s) are up-to-date with vaccinations and provide proof of vaccination.
  • The Customer agrees to disclose any known health or behavioral conditions that may affect the care provided.

5. Liability and Indemnification:

  • Our World of Dogs will take all reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment for the Customer’s dog(s); however, the Customer acknowledges that some risk of injury or illness is inherent in any dog boarding facility.
  • The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Our World of Dogs, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability, damages, or costs arising from the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled boarding date will be eligible for a full refund of any additional payments made, excluding the non-refundable booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled boarding date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

7. Special Needs and Elderly Dogs:

Our World of Dogs has a dedicated bay for special needs and elderly dogs. Additional charges may apply for specialized care and attention. These charges will be discussed and agreed upon with the Customer in advance.

8. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.

9. Acceptance:

By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
